If you want to find news from other countries, you can use
the University Library.
Many of the international news resources provided by the library
are electronic and can be accessed remotely by U of I students.
You just need a computer with Internet access and your Net ID/password.
In this module, you will learn how to access and use these resources
to find news articles.
There are also some tools that make it easier to find international
news on the Web. We’ll show you how to use one of these,
Google News, and we'll provide links to a few others.
We’ll also show you where in the library system you can
go to browse printed newspapers and magazines from other countries.
