Printing
Printers are located in the Orange Room, by the Wright Street entrance (room 112) and adjacent to the Main Library Information Desk. Black & white and color printing is available, and all printing uses the Illini Cash system for payment. There is no cash printing available in the Main Library; however, the Grainger Engineering Library and Information Center does offer cash printing.
Scanning
Color scanners are located adjacent to the printers in the Orange Room. Scanners are free to use.
Loanable Technology
Smaller Loanable technology items (list of loanable technology here), including chargers and calculators, are available for in-building use from the Orange Room service point in room 100. These items require an active iCard, and are only available to current University students, faculty, and staff. Other loanable technology, including cameras, audio recorders, lighting kits, etc., is available through the Scholarly Commons in Room 306 of the Main library.
Computers
The Orange Room has a small number of computers in room 112, available for all patrons. The service point in room 100 also checks out laptops for in-building use (only). Laptop checkouts require an active iCard, and are only available to current University students, faculty, and staff.
