Description
I-Share Union Catalog is a joint Library catalog shared by 75 CARLI libraries. Through I-Share, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Library users have access to the holdings of all 75 member libraries and can request delivery of items from any member library to a UI Library circulation desk.
When is this service available
The Library’s online catalog is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Priority level for this service
Maintaining 24 hours a day, 7 days a week catalog availability for Library users and Library staff is CARLI’s top priority.
How to report a problem
During normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.)
Log a Work Request with the Library IT Help Desk or call the Help Desk at 244-4688.
At other times
If the Library Catalog is down and it is not a planned outage that was announced on Libnews-L, call CARLI Support at 244-7593 to report the problem. You will be asked to leave a message. The CARLI staff member on call will be paged.
Who can use this service
The Library Online Catalog and the I-Share Union Catalog are available to users worldwide through most Unicode compliant web browsers.

To use the online catalog, you must have a computer with an internet connection and a Unicode-compliant web browser that supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.
