Connect to the Minrva App
There are two interfaces to Minrva:
Description
Minrva is a mobile application that provides native mobile app functionality for features of the Library Catalog for libraries in CARLI’s I-Share consortium. For libraries on the University of Illinois campus, several custom modules have been developed with features to support wayfinding to items, among others.
When is this service available
This service is expected to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Priority level for this service
Problems with the Minrva app are dealt with during normal business hours by Benjamin Ryckman and Jim Hahn, Undergraduate Library.
How to report a problem
If the Minrva app is down, please log a ticket with the IT Help Desk or call the Help Desk at 244-4688. Incoming tickets and calls are reviewed and prioritized as they arrive between 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
If you believe there is a widespread outage, please call 244-4688 and leave a message with the Library IT Help Desk. During business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.), the Library IT Help Desk will answer, and during evenings or weekends, the AITS Service Desk will answer on behalf of the Help Desk. In an emergency situation, the AITS Service Desk answering service will contact Library IT on-call support staff promptly.
Who can use this service
Anyone with a mobile phone can download and use the app free of charge. In order to login to a Library Catalog account, a user must be a member of a CARLI I-Share library.

What you must have to use this service
Minrva for Android requires an Android device with an operating system of Android 2.2 or later.
Minrva for iOS requires an iOS device with an operating system of iOS 7.0 or later.
