Connect to III Historical Database
The III Historical Database is a PHP web application. Its purpose is to enable Acquisitions to search historical acquisitions data that was stored in the III system that preceded Acquisitions use of Voyager. This information was put into a SQL Server database and is queried by Acquisitions personnel.
When is this service available
The III Historical Database should be functional during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
Priority level for this service
Maintaining the III Historical Database is a standard commitment agreement, which means Library IT will troubleshoot III Historical Database problems during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
How to report a problem
To report problems with the III Historical Database, please log a ticket with the IT Help Desk or call the Help Desk at 244-4688. Incoming tickets and calls are reviewed and prioritized as they arrive between 8:30-5:00, Monday through Friday. Tickets or calls coming in after hours are reviewed promptly on the next business day.k questions about the reports or the system.

What you must have to use this service
To use III Historical Database you must have a computer with an internet connection and a web browser. You also need to be able to log in via bluestem.

The service manager for III Historical Database is the Acquisitions Librarian (Lynn Wiley).
IT Infrastructure Management and Support is responsible for the application and the database upon which it depends.
