What is LibInsight?
LibInsight is an online platform developed by Springshare for library data collection and analysis. In 2023 the Library migrated from its homegrown Instruction Statistics Database and the Desk Tracker tool to LibInsight in order to consolidate and streamline assessment activities.
What is it used for?
The Library uses LibInsight for collecting, managing, and reporting statistics on directional inquires, reference interactions, instruction/outreach/engagement, and space usage across the Library.
LibInsight is also used to record statistics for annual reports and surveys including ARL, ACRL, and IPEDS.
