Description
The service provides access to IDNC.
This collection contains 57 newspaper titles, 103,903 issues comprising 1,202,110 pages and 6,887,660 articles. Since 2005, the History, Philosophy, and Newspaper Library at the University of Illinois has been developing unique digital newspaper content. The works collected here include digital facsimiles of newspapers and trade journals in a variety of fields. Users may search, browse, tag, and correct OCR text to improve searchability and access.
When is this service available
This website is typically expected to be available at all times, but may only be supported 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Priority level for this service
Problems with IDNC are dealt with during normal business hours by Library IT.
How to report a problem
If IDNC is down, please log a ticket with the IT Help Desk or call the Help Desk at 244-4688. Incoming tickets and calls are reviewed and prioritized as they arrive between 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
