Connect to Instructional Statistics
The Instructional Statistics database is used by individual Library faculty and staff to track their Library-related instructional activities. The collected information can be used for individual or unit annual reports. The system supports several levels of reporting.
When is this service available
The Instructional Statistics service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Priority level for this service
Technical support for this service is available during normal Library business hours, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
How to report a problem
Please log a ticket with the IT Help Desk or call the Help Desk at 244-4688. Incoming tickets and calls are reviewed and prioritized as they arrive between 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Tickets or calls coming in after hours are reviewed promptly on the next business day.
Who can use this service
The system is available to any Library employee engaged in instructional activities. Access is controlled via membership in the “Library Faculty and Staff” Active Directory group. Some administrative functions, such as maintenance of controlled vocabulary lists, are restricted to the Library’s Coordinator for Information Literacy Services and Instruction.

What you must have to use this system
To use Instructional Statistics you must have a computer with an internet connection and a web browser. A current version of Firefox or Internet Explorer with JavaScript enabled would work best.
Service manager
The service manager for Instructional Statistics is the Coordinator for Information Literacy Services and Instruction (Lisa Hinchliffe.) Production technical support is handled by the IT/Infrastructure Management & Support unit.
