Douglas Yeo, current Clinical Associate Professor of Trombone at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and a much lauded and well-known educator, performer, and scholar throughout his career, gave an informal lecture on some of the trombones in the Sousa Archives and Center for American Music’s collections. The trombones featured are from the Lloyd P. Farrar Music Instrument Collection and Personal Papers.
