The Latinx Studies Resources website supports the instructional and research programs of the UIUC Latina/o Studies Department as well as anyone interested in or conducting research relating to Latinx Studies. It highlights resources related to the history, cultures, issues, and experiences of the Latinx community in the United States. Because the field relates to numerous other subject areas, the website serves as a general starting point.
Many resources are electronic (journals, newspapers, Ebooks, and magazines) and are available via the Illinois Library website while Latinx print library resources are located in numerous library locations on campus, relevant to their scope. Other especially relevant UIUC departmental libraries include the History, Philosophy, and Newspaper Library, International and Area Studies Library, Literatures and Languages Library, and Social Sciences, Health, and Education Library.
