GPO Access
United States. Superintendent of Documents. GPO Access.
GPO Access is the digital library of the Government Printing Office, the official publisher of federal government information. It came on-line in 1995, and most of the documents available in its database are from that date or later. There are exceptions: history of bills and the Congressional Record Index are available from 1983, but do not link to full text until the mid-1990’s.
