The Biology collections include more than 140,000 volumes of books and journals, approximately 660 serial subscriptions and multiple databases. The Library collects in all areas of basic life sciences to serve the students and faculty of the School of Integrative Biology, the School of Molecular and Cellular Biology, and other life science related fields across campus.

After the Biology Library closed in the summer of 2011, most of the Biology books and journals were transferred to:
Books and journals are shelved together in call number order, so if you visit the library you will need to get the call number of journals that you want to find. Other less used books and journals were sent to the Oak Street Remote Storage facility and can be requested through the online catalog.
