- Approvers have been assigned to employees in the Vacation/Sick Leave Reporting Portal
- The assigned approver will need to review, confirm, and approve the leave used for the required reporting period for each specific classification group.
- Each unit is responsible for determining when their assigned employees need to report their time.
- Leave reporting must be approved twice a year, in May and September in order for Library HR to complete the reporting requirements. Library HR will send reminders to the Academic Professional and Faculty employees to finalize their benefit usage.
